Delivery and installation are carried out in the room, by appointment, with 2 delivery people if necessary, by a carrier specializing in solid and assembled wooden furniture.

For easy delivery, please check your door passages and/or stair width or interior dimensions of the elevator for bulky furniture.

A supplement for the costs related to difficult access may be requested from the customer: delivery at altitude, nacelle rental, difficult and paid parking, high floor without elevator, etc.

A 5-year warranty is valid for each piece of furniture of the GONTIER brand.

The manufacture and finishing are artisanal and 100% French.

Cabinetmaking is traditional with tenon & mortise assemblies. The drawer fronts are also mounted with dovetails for more durability and strength.

Solid wood and veneers come from sustainably managed French forests and PEFC certified.

Each GONTIER piece of furniture is burned with a "G" punch during finishing.

Resumption

Under the AGEC law, you can have a "1 for 1" takeover of your old furniture free of charge.

The nature and characteristics (weight, dimensions) must be similar.

The piece of furniture to be taken back must be removed at the place of delivery of the ordered piece of furniture.

Please tell us when ordering the nature of the furniture to be taken back, its weight and volume.

We take care of organizing the removal.

RETURNS

During the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your furniture, you can cancel your order. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund of the price of the furniture to the customer will take place by transfer within 7 working days with deduction of the costs of return and provided that the furniture is returned in its original condition.

MY LITTLE FRENCH FURNITURE will organize the return with you to avoid any problems during transport.

For France and European Union countries, VAT is included in the displayed price and there are no customs duties.

For countries outside the European Union, local VAT and customs duties are not included in the price indicated. They will have to be paid directly to the freight forwarder upon receipt of the goods.
