La livraison et l'installation sont réalisées dans la pièce, sur rendez-vous, avec 2 livreurs si nécessaire, par un transporteur spécialiste du meuble en bois massif et monté.

Pour une livraison facilitée, vérifiez svp vos passages de portes et/ou largeur d'escalier ou dimensions intérieures de l'ascenseur pour les meubles encombrants.

Un supplément pour les coûts liés aux accès difficiles pourra être demandé au client: livraison en altitude, location de nacelle, stationnement difficile et payant, étage élevé sans ascenseur, etc..
A 5-year warranty is valid for each piece of furniture from the GONTIER brand.

The manufacture and finish are artisanal and 100% French.

The cabinetmaking is traditional with tenon & mortise joints. The drawer fronts are also dovetailed for added durability and strength.

Solid wood and veneers come from sustainably managed and PEFC-certified French forests.

Each GONTIER piece of furniture is burnt with a "G" hallmark during the finish.
REPRISE

Dans le cadre de la loi AGEC, vous pouvez faire effectuer une reprise "1 pour 1" de votre ancien meuble gratuitement.

La nature et les caractéristiques (poids, dimensions ) doivent être similaires.

Le meuble à reprendre doit être enlevé à l'endroit de la livraison du meuble commandé.

Veuillez-nous indiquer lors de la commande la nature du meuble à reprendre, son poids et son volume.

Nous nous chargeons d'organiser l'enlèvement.

RETOURS

Pendant la durée du délai légal de rétraction de 14 jours à partir de la réception de votre meuble, vous pouvez annuler votre commande. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.

Le remboursement du prix du meuble au client aura lieu par virement sous 7 jours ouvrés avec déduction des frais de reprise et sous réserve que le meuble soit restitué dans son état d'origine.

The steps of your order

Nous vous accompagnons à chaque étape, de votre commande à la livraison de votre meuble.

01 — Payment

Payment can be made by card via our secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer.
We remain available to assist you at this stage if you wish.

02 — Order confirmations

Immediately after your order, you receive an initial automated confirmation.
A second, personal confirmation is then sent within 48 working hours, including any notes you may have left and confirmation of the estimated delivery time.

03 — Production & quality control

Your piece is made to order in France within 5 to 6 weeks (7 to 8 weeks for custom pieces).
Once your furniture is ready, a final manual quality check is carried out in the workshop before dispatch.
At shipment, a photo of your piece along with your invoice is sent to you by email.

04 — Delivery

Depending on your location, delivery is carried out either by two professionals directly in the room of your choice, or at ground floor / doorstep in a protective wooden crate.

For in-room delivery, our specialist furniture carrier contacts you within 2 working days after collection of your piece, by phone or SMS, with a proposed delivery appointment that you can adjust according to your availability.

05 — Ongoing support

Throughout production, during the 3-year warranty and beyond, we remain personally available in a direct, simple and human way.
