The finish adopted here is a classical home made cherry "D" stain with a natural varnish on the diamond of the headboard and a red lacquer on the grooves of the footboard.

We recommend combining your St Malo mattress with a slatted frame and the Roscoff mattress with a Decoluxe box spring.GONTIER will deliver the bed steads, slatted frame and mattress together.

The slatted base is made up of 2x20 multi-ply slats on black plastic end caps. The frame is a steel tube with curved corners section 30/30 blue epoxy.

The St MALO mattress offers firm comfort and is made from 100% 16 cm / 6.3" Evoluflex polyurethane foam. The ticking is a DJ10 100 polyester double jersey treated with 100% natural PUROTEX probiotic-based anti-allergen. The filling is 500g / 17.6 oz polyester fibre with 10 mm / 3.9" high-density polyurethane foam. The strips are padded with handles. 7 comfort zones

The Decoluxe upholstered bed base is offered by GONTIER in a height of 14 cm / 5.5" with 2 x 20 multi-ply beech slats and polyurethane foam filling. The frame is made of solid wood with a central reinforcing rail. The cover is made from non-slip fabric and the side cover is anthracite grey. This bed base is not available in 180 cm / 70.9" because it is too bulky. We prefer 2 frames of 90 cm / 35.4" linked together, contact us for more information.

The firm comfort ROSCOFF mattress, combined with the Décoluxe box spring, combines 600 pocket springs for a 140 cm / 55.1" bed and 713 springs for a 160 cm / 63.0" bed with 5 cm / 2.0" thick Evoluflex foam of HR 50 kg/m3 density.The ticking is a DJ19 100% polyester double jersey treated with 100% natural PUROTEX probiotic-based anti-allergen. The filling on the sleeping side is 500g / 17.6" oz polyester fibre with 10mm / 3.9" high-density polyurethane foam, while the base side is 250g polyester fibre with 3D breathable fabric. The straps are padded with handles. 5 comfort zones.

Delivery and installation are carried out to the room in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland and UK.

For other countries, the delivery will be made with the furniture packed in a wooden crate and stops at to the bottom of the building or at the front door of the house.

For an easy delivery in the room, please check your door passages and/or stair width or interior dimensions of the elevator. Extra costs could be charged for special difficult deliveries.
A 5-year warranty is valid for each piece of furniture from the GONTIER brand.
The manufacture and finish are artisanal and 100% French.
The cabinetmaking is traditional with tenon & mortise joints. The drawer fronts are also dovetailed for added durability and strength.
Solid wood and veneers come from sustainably managed and PEFC-certified French forests.
Each GONTIER piece of furniture is burnt with a "G" hallmark during the finish.
We offer a 10 day period to return your standard furniture pieces and cancel your order for standard products. However the return costs are covered by the customer.
For customized items, there is no return possibility.
The refund of the order will be done by a bank transfer within 7 days after the reception of the returned piece with a deduction of potential repair costs.
GONTIER will organize with you the shipping back to France and use its shipping network to avoid a maximum of difficulties.
For deliveries in France and European Union countries, the VAT is included in the displayed price and there are no customs duties. The price you pay on our website is your final price (if no special difficulties for the delivery).

For countries outside the European Union, local taxes and customs duties are not included in the price indicated on our website. They will have to be paid directly to the freight forwarder upon receipt of the goods.

01 — Payment

Payment can be made by card via our secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer.
We remain available to assist you at this stage if you wish.

02 — Order confirmations

Immediately after your order, you receive an initial automated confirmation.
A second, personal confirmation is then sent within 48 working hours, including any notes you may have left and confirmation of the estimated delivery time.

03 — Production & quality control

Your piece is made to order in France within 5 to 6 weeks (7 to 8 weeks for custom pieces).
Once your furniture is ready, a final manual quality check is carried out in the workshop before dispatch.
At shipment, a photo of your piece along with your invoice is sent to you by email.

04 — Delivery

Depending on your location, delivery is carried out either by two professionals directly in the room of your choice, or at ground floor / doorstep in a protective wooden crate.

For in-room delivery, our specialist furniture carrier contacts you within 2 working days after collection of your piece, by phone or SMS, with a proposed delivery appointment that you can adjust according to your availability.

05 — Ongoing support

Throughout production, during the 3-year warranty and beyond, we remain personally available in a direct, simple and human way.
